Health and Wellness Lifestyle Coach
Allison E. Griffin has been working in the wellness field for over 20 years. A former wilderness guide and a licensed Massage Therapist since 1997, she completed her apprenticeship program at the GateKey School of Mind Body Integration in Anchorage, Alaska in 1996. Allison has studied, trained and experienced various modalities of alternative healing, has studied a range of nutritional theory from Raw to Ancestral (and many in between) and has practiced and studied Yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Gong, 5rythm dance, shamanic practices and Zumba.
Known for her compassion, clarity and a non-judgemental approach, clients have been asking Allison for her perspective and encouragement on health and lifestyle issues for many years. Allison’s firm belief in the creativity and resourcefulness of her clients is what has led her to coaching. She is currently in the Supervision phase of her formal coach training with the MentorCoach program, ICF an accredited coach training program and is a member of the International Coaching Foundation.
Allison is a lifelong outdoor enthusiast and enjoys traveling to wild places, hiking and camping, playing with clay, dancing, and socializing with friends.
